Pit Pass subscribers should be able to move freely from one area of the website to the other without having to log in more than once or twice during each Internet browser session. If at any time after you have successfully logged into the Pit pass area , and during the same session, the login window page reappears with a request to re-login, try refreshing the browser instead. Often, browsers cache information, and refreshing the page, will allow you to move around without logging in repeatedly. If this issue occurs often or you experience other login issues, please review the information below.

1. If you're experiencing problems with your initial login check the obvious - make sure that you are using the correct user name and password.

2. Make sure that you are entering the site using our regular http://www.ptdoityourself.net URL address, and not our http://www.ptdiy.net URL. Our http://www.ptdiy.net address is forwarded to http://www.ptdoityourself.net using a redirect service and can occasionally create access issues.
